The car hauling load board that shows what every load pays you.

loadez runs its own load board for car haulers and auto transport carriers, separate from every other one. Brokers and shippers post free. Carriers see each load ranked by what it leaves their truck, not by the number in the posting.

One number on every load: what it nets you

A posting tells you the rate, the route and the cars. It does not tell you what is left after you get there. On the loadez board every load carries a score out of 100 and an estimated net for your truck:

  • Fuel at the current regional diesel price for the route, at your truck's mileage.
  • Deadhead: the empty miles from where your truck is now to the pickup.
  • Tolls on the route.
  • Driver pay on your terms: percent of gross, percent of net, per mile, per day or flat.
  • The broker and the terms. The broker's rating and the payment terms move the score before you claim, not after.

So a $1,240 load around the corner can rank above a $1,890 load behind a 300-mile deadhead, and you see that before you tap Claim. The arithmetic is published in full on what a car haul load actually nets, with a calculator you can run on any load.

Other boards show loads. The loadez board shows what they pay.

How claiming works

  • Claim with a named driver. The poster sees who will haul the car, not just a company name.
  • The poster approves, counters or declines. A counter comes back to you to accept or let go.
  • Approved means rolling. The load moves to In transit, the broker follows its progress, and the driver's inspection photos, BOL and the receiver's signature go back the same minute.
  • One record to the end. The load you claimed is the load the driver sees, the load the broker is invoiced for and the load the driver is paid on. Nothing is typed twice.

You can also add loads you booked elsewhere by pasting the rate confirmation or dispatch sheet. They join the same record and the same paperwork.

Autopilot: the board, checked every minute

On Pro, Autopilot watches the board for you. You set a floor rate, your lanes, the vehicle type, a pickup window and a minimum score. It checks every new load against them every minute, around the clock, and sends the claim the moment one fits. Anything over your ask-me limit waits for your OK. Loads outside your rules are never requested, and every request it sends is logged.

For brokers and shippers: post free

  • Posting is free, and so are load progress, documents and invoices for your loads, forever.
  • Shippers need no MC or DOT number. Add your company and billing details once and post.
  • You choose the carrier. Every claim names the driver. Approve, counter or decline from one board.
  • No calls to check on the car. Progress updates once the load is in transit, and the BOL before the driver leaves the lot.

For dispatchers and agencies

A dispatcher working for several carriers uses one login and switches between them; for each carrier on Growth, the board ranks loads by their net for that carrier's own trucks. Each carrier's rules, documents and books stay separate, and the carrier decides what the dispatcher can see. Agency plans start at $49 a month. How to become a car hauling dispatcher.

Common questions

Is there a free load board for car haulers?

Yes. The loadez load board is free for one truck, forever, together with dispatch and the driver app, with no card and no trial clock. Net-profit scoring on every load comes with the Growth plan, and Autopilot with Pro.

How do brokers and shippers post on the loadez load board?

They open a free account, add their company and billing once, and post the load. A shipper needs no MC or DOT number. Carriers claim the load with a named driver, and the poster approves, counters or declines. Load progress, documents and invoices for their loads are free.

What does the score on a loadez load mean?

It is a score out of 100 built around the load's estimated net for your truck: the rate minus fuel at the current regional price, the empty miles to the pickup, tolls and the driver's pay. The broker's rating and the payment terms move it too. A cheaper load near your truck often outranks a bigger one far away.
