How to switch from Super Dispatch to loadez without stopping a truck.
There is no cut-over day. One truck runs on loadez, free, beside what you use now. When its numbers match loads you have already run, the rest of the fleet follows.

What moves and what stays
- Moves. The company, by its MC or USDOT number. Trucks and trailers. Drivers. The loads that are still open. Your drivers' pay terms and how you get paid.
- Stays yours. Your brokers, your dealers and every board you take loads from. A load from any of them goes into loadez by pasting its rate confirmation.
- Stays where it is. Loads already delivered and paid. Keep the old system's reports for those, and start the new books with the loads that are open.
The move in seven steps
- Create the company with its MC or USDOT number. loadez looks the number up in the FMCSA record and fills the company in. No card is asked for.
- Add one truck and one trailer. Year, make and model are enough to begin. The VIN can be typed or scanned from a photo later; it is needed before that truck is dispatched.
- Send the driver a link. They open app.loadez.ai in the phone's browser. Nothing is installed from a store. The CDL and medical card go into the driver's file.
- Bring in one open load. Paste its rate confirmation or dispatch sheet and it is read into a load, or type it in. Every feature is open for your first 14 days, so pasting works from the first hour.
- Run it end to end. Dispatch it to the driver, shoot the inspection photos at pickup, get the signature on the phone, deliver, send the invoice and work out the driver's pay.
- Check the net against a load you already ran. loadez shows what the load nets your truck: rate minus fuel, empty miles, tolls, the driver's pay and factoring. The arithmetic and every constant are published, so it can be checked by hand.
- Bring the rest of the fleet. Add the other trucks, trailers and drivers. Invite the dispatchers and the accountant: they are free seats. Set each driver's pay terms (percent of gross, percent of net, per mile, per day or flat) and how you get paid (ACH, check or factoring), which goes on every invoice as the remit-to.
One truck and one load take an afternoon. The rest of the fleet moves as fast as you add trucks and send drivers their links.
The first day, by role
- Driver. Opens the link. The load is on the screen with its pickup and delivery. Photos at pickup, the signature on the phone, the same angles at delivery. It keeps working offline.
- Dispatcher. Works from the board and the list of loads in progress. On Growth and Pro every load shows the best-fit driver and what it nets that truck.
- Accountant. The invoice comes from the same record as the load, and the driver's pay is computed from the same numbers, so nothing is typed twice.
- Owner. Sees what each load left after fuel, empty miles and the driver's pay, on Growth and Pro.
Nobody in the office costs a seat, so the dispatcher and the accountant can be invited on the first day rather than after the trial run.
What the fleet pays before and after
Super Dispatch's pricing page says every user is a seat, whether a driver, a dispatcher or an admin; their help centre prices Carrier Pro at $55 a month for the first seat and $50 for each additional one. loadez charges for drivers only.
| Fleet | Super Dispatch Carrier Pro | loadez |
|---|---|---|
| 3 drivers1 dispatcher · 4 seats there | $205 | $39Starter, flat for the company |
| 5 drivers1 dispatcher · 6 seats there | $305 | $245Growth · Pro $295 |
| 10 drivers2 dispatchers · 12 seats there | $605 | $490Growth · Pro $590 |
| 14 drivers2 dispatchers, 1 admin · 17 seats there | $855 | $686Growth · Pro $826 |
| 20 drivers3 dispatchers, 1 admin · 24 seats there | $1,205 | $980Growth · Pro $1,180 |
Super Dispatch: $55 plus $50 for every login after the first. loadez Growth: $49 a driver; Pro: $59 a driver; both are sold from 5 driver seats, and Starter is $39 a month for a company with up to 3 drivers. Put your own head count in and redo the sum: an office person adds $50 a month there and nothing here. Super Dispatch also offers fleet plans on request, with no published price. Billed yearly, loadez costs ten months of the monthly price.
For the 14-truck fleet in the table the difference is $169 a month, $2,028 a year, on Growth. The full comparison with Super Dispatch's published pages is here.
No source of loads is lost
Changing dispatch software does not close a board to you. There are 28,116 car hauling loads on the loadez board, 6,436 of them added in the last 24 hours, as of 13 October 2026, 08:45 UTC. The board is open to read without an account at tools.loadez.ai/owner/load-board, so look up your own lanes before you move anything.
A load from anywhere else, a broker's email, a dealer you work with directly or any other board, goes in by pasting its rate confirmation or dispatch sheet (read for you on Growth and Pro, and on every plan in your first 14 days) or by typing it in on any plan. From there it runs exactly like a load taken from the loadez board.
Which plan after the first 14 days
- Free, one truck, forever: the board, dispatch, the driver app with inspection photos, BOL and e-signature, paperwork review, driver compliance files and an FMCSA carrier check.
- Starter, $39 a month for up to three drivers: adds invoicing, receivables and team invites.
- Growth, $49 a driver from five seats: adds the net profit and best-fit driver on every load, live tracking, reading a pasted load, fuel and expenses, driver pay.
- Pro, $59 a driver from five seats: adds fleet-wide ranking, the AI board assistant and bulk import from a board screenshot.
Every plan and what a fleet of each size pays.
Questions
How long does it take to switch from Super Dispatch to loadez?
One truck and one load take an afternoon: add the company by its MC or USDOT number, add the truck and trailer, send the driver a link, paste a rate confirmation and run the load end to end. The rest of the fleet moves as fast as you add trucks and send drivers their links. There is no cut-over day, because loadez runs beside what you use now.
Do I have to cancel Super Dispatch before I start?
No. loadez is free for one truck, and a new company has every feature open for its first 14 days with no card, so one truck can run on loadez beside what you use now. Super Dispatch's help centre says a removed seat takes effect at the next billing cycle and is not credited mid-cycle, so the end of a billing cycle is the time to drop seats there.
Do my drivers have to install another app?
No. A driver opens app.loadez.ai in the browser of any iPhone or Android phone, with nothing to download from a store. Inspection photos, the BOL and the signature are done there, and it keeps working offline.
Will I lose loads if I switch?
No. Changing dispatch software does not close any board to you. There are 28,116 car hauling loads on the loadez board, 6,436 of them added in the last 24 hours, as of 13 October 2026, 08:45 UTC, and the board is open to read without an account at https://tools.loadez.ai/owner/load-board. A load from a broker's email, a dealer or any other board goes into loadez by pasting its rate confirmation or dispatch sheet, or by typing it in.
What happens to the loads I already delivered?
They stay in the records of the system that ran them: keep its reports for your books. The loads that are still open move by pasting their rate confirmations, and the new books start from those.
What does a 14-truck fleet pay before and after?
At published monthly prices, checked 13 October 2026: 14 drivers, two dispatchers and one admin are 17 seats on Super Dispatch Carrier Pro, $855 a month. On loadez only the 14 drivers are paid seats: $686 a month on Growth or $826 on Pro, with the office free. On Growth that is $169 a month less, $2,028 a year.
