Office seats are free

Dispatchers, accountant, owner — add as many as you need on any paid plan. You pay per driver only.

Brokers and shippers are free

They see load progress, documents and invoices for their loads at no cost, forever.

30 days of every feature

A new account gets every plan feature for its first 30 days. No card to start, so nothing to cancel. Your data exports as files.

Growth or Pro?

Both plans score every load the same way: the AI score, the best-fit driver and the net profit for your truck. The difference is who does the work. On Growth you dispatch and the AI shows you the numbers. On Pro the board works for you.

Growth: you dispatch, AI shows the numbers

  • AI score, best-fit driver and net profit on every load
  • Live tracking on a real map
  • AI load entry from pasted text, a screenshot or a PDF
  • AI email drafts to the broker
  • "Explain this load": a load's score in plain English
  • Document OCR for BOL, POD, receipts and CDL
  • Fuel, expenses and owner finance; driver pay and payroll
  • 500 AI actions a month, about 20 a working day

Pro: everything in Growth, and the board works for you

  • Autopilot claims loads that fit your rules, around the clock
  • Fleet-wide ranking: the best load for every driver and the best driver for every load, at once
  • Board assistant: ask the board in plain English
  • Bulk import: one screenshot of a whole board becomes many loads
  • No monthly AI count to watch (fair use 3,000 a month)
  • Priority support: your questions are answered first

Pick Pro if the board moves faster than you can read it, or you want loads claimed while you're off. Growth fits if you want to pick every load yourself.

Pro costs $10 more per driver a month than Growth. For 5 drivers that is $50 a month.

What counts as an AI action

One AI action is one AI request that a person starts in the app. The AI work loadez does on every load by itself never counts.

What spends one AI action

  • Reading a load from pasted text
  • Reading one load from a screenshot or a PDF. Up to 5 files read together count as one load.
  • Drafting an email to the broker with AI
  • "Explain this load": a plain-English explanation of a load's score
  • On Pro only: a question to the board assistant, and a bulk import that turns a screenshot of a whole board into many loads

What never spends one

  • The AI score, best-fit driver and net profit on every load (Growth and Pro)
  • Fleet-wide ranking and Autopilot (Pro)
  • Live driver tracking (Growth and Pro)
  • Reading uploaded paperwork: BOL, POD, receipts, CDL (Growth and Pro)

How many each plan gets

  • Free and Starter: no AI actions.
  • Growth: 500 a month, about 20 a working day.
  • Pro: no monthly count to watch. Fair use stops at 3,000 a month, about 130 a working day.
  • Agency Solo: 300 a month. Agency Pro: fair use 1,500 a month. Both cover the agency's own desk: load entry and emails to brokers. Working a carrier's board uses that carrier's plan and that carrier's actions.

A new company has every feature open for its first 30 days.

When Growth's actions run out

The AI requests you start pause until the 1st of next month. Scores, net profit, tracking and everything else keep working, and you can move to Pro at any time.

What a fleet of your size pays

The plans above, worked out for the fleet sizes people actually ask about. Office people are not in the arithmetic because they do not cost anything.

Monthly price by number of drivers, USD
DriversCheapest planWith Autopilot (Pro)
1Free — $0$2955-seat minimum
2–3Starter — $39$2955-seat minimum
4–5Growth — $2455 seats × $49$295
10Growth — $490$590
20Growth — $980$1,180

Yearly billing is ten months of the monthly price. Growth and Pro are sold from 5 driver seats, which is why a four-truck fleet pays for five: the fifth seat is room to hire without changing plans.

Why per driver, and not per user

Most dispatch software counts every login as a seat: each driver, each dispatcher, the person who does the books. That model charges you for growing your office, which is the part of the business that makes trucks pay. loadez charges for the truck side, where the revenue is, and lets the office grow for free.

It also means brokers and shippers can follow their loads, see the BOL and get the invoice without anyone paying for their access. Charging the other side of your loads would cost you loads.

Comparing with a per-user tool? Count the heads in your office: with loadez they cost nothing. Our Super Dispatch comparison runs the numbers with their published prices.

Dispatch agencies

If you dispatch for several carriers, there are agency plans from $49 a month: one login, separate rules, books and documents per carrier, and the carrier stays in control of what you can see. Net-profit ranking and payroll follow each carrier's own plan, from Growth. How a dispatch service compares with running dispatch yourself.

Pricing questions

Who counts as a paid seat?

Only drivers. Dispatchers, the accountant and the owner are free seats on every paid plan, and brokers and shippers who follow their loads are free forever.

I have 4 drivers. What do I pay?

Starter covers up to 3 drivers. From the fourth driver you move to Growth or Pro, which are sold from 5 driver seats: $245 or $295 a month, with room for a fifth driver.

Is there a free trial?

A new account gets every plan feature for its first 30 days, and no card is needed to start. A paid plan is billed from the day you buy it. The Free plan for one truck is not a trial: it has no time limit.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly is billed once and costs ten months of the monthly price: $390 a year for Starter, $490 per driver a year for Growth, $590 per driver a year for Pro.

Does loadez include a load board?

Yes. Every plan, Free included, comes with the loadez load board, where brokers and shippers post free. From Growth up, every load on it shows its net profit for your truck before you claim it. Loads from anywhere else come in by pasting a rate confirmation or dispatch sheet.

What is an AI action?

One AI request a person starts in the app: reading a load from pasted text, a screenshot or a PDF, drafting an email to the broker, or asking for a plain-English explanation of a load's score. On Pro, a board assistant question and a bulk import from a board screenshot count too. The AI score, best-fit driver, net profit, fleet-wide ranking, Autopilot, live tracking and reading uploaded paperwork never use them.

Is Pro worth it if I already have Growth?

Both plans score every load the same way: AI score, best-fit driver, net profit. On Growth you dispatch and the AI shows the numbers. Pro makes the board work for you: Autopilot claims loads that fit your rules around the clock, fleet-wide ranking finds the best load for every driver and the best driver for every load at once, you can ask the board in plain English or import a whole board from one screenshot, there is no monthly AI count to watch, and support answers you first. It costs $10 more per driver a month, $50 for 5 drivers. Pick Pro if the board moves faster than you can read it or you want loads claimed while you're off. Growth fits if you want to pick every load yourself.

What happens when I run out of AI actions?

On Growth, the AI requests you start, such as load entry from a screenshot or a broker email draft, pause until the 1st of next month. Scores, net profit, tracking and everything else keep working, and you can move to Pro at any time. Pro has no monthly count to watch; fair use stops at 3,000 a month.

What happens when I cancel?

There is no card to start, so nothing to cancel in your first 30 days. Loads, documents and invoices export as files either way.

Run one of your own loads before you pay anything.

Free for one truck, forever. Every feature free for your first 30 days, no card.
