1. loadez: the board that shows what each load nets
loadez runs its own load board for car haulers and auto transport carriers, separate from every other one, inside the software that dispatches the load, gets the paperwork signed and pays the driver.
- Every load priced for your truck. From Growth, each load carries a score out of 100 and an estimated net: the rate minus fuel at the current regional price, deadhead from where your truck is now, tolls, your driver's pay and factoring. A $1,240 load around the corner can rank above a $1,890 load behind a 300-mile deadhead. The arithmetic, in full.
- Claim with a named driver. The broker or shipper sees who will haul the car, then approves, counters or declines.
- Autopilot (Pro). It checks every new load against your floor rate, lanes, vehicle type, pickup window and minimum score every minute and sends the claim when one fits. Anything over your ask-me limit waits for your OK.
- One record to the end. The load you claim is the load the driver sees, with inspection photos, the BOL and the receiver's signature on the driver's phone, and the load the broker is invoiced for.
- Brokers and shippers post free, and follow each load's progress and documents free. Shippers need no MC or DOT number.
- Price. Free for one driver, forever: the board, dispatch, the driver app and an FMCSA check on carriers. Starter $39 a month for up to 3 drivers. Growth $49 and Pro $59 per driver a month, from 5 driver seats. Dispatchers, the accountant and the owner never pay for a seat, and a new company gets its first 30 days with every feature open, no card. Pricing.

How to choose a car hauling load board
- Is it built for vehicles? A board for car hauling posts VINs, the number of cars, operable or not, and open or enclosed, and its paperwork is a BOL with an inspection at pickup and delivery. What a car hauler's BOL must show.
- Does it tell you what a load leaves you? The posted rate is not the money. Fuel, empty miles to the pickup, tolls, the driver's pay and the payment terms come off first; a board that does that arithmetic for your truck saves the calculator on every load. Run it on one load.
- Can you haul what it posts? A carrier hauling for hire needs its own operating authority (49 U.S.C. 13901), and a truck run without the authority the trip needs is placed out of service (49 CFR 392.9a). Insurance follows truck size: $750,000 in liability for vehicles of 10,001 lb or more, $300,000 for a fleet of lighter ones only (49 CFR 387.9 and 387.303). How to get there.
- Who is posting? A broker must hold a $75,000 bond or trust fund (49 CFR 387.307) and may not present itself as a carrier (49 CFR 371.7). Know which side of each load you are dealing with. Broker vs carrier.
- What does it cost at your size? Some boards charge per user, so every dispatcher costs a seat; some charge per load or per booked job. Price it for the trucks and office you will have next year, not this month.

Common questions
Is there a free car hauling load board?
Yes. loadez is free for one driver with no time limit: the loadez load board, dispatch, the driver app and an FMCSA check on carriers. Brokers and shippers post loads on it free. Paid plans start at $39 a month (October 2026).
Which car hauling load board is best for a small carrier?
One built for car hauling, priced for a small fleet, that shows what each load leaves after fuel, deadhead, tolls and driver pay. loadez is free for one truck, its paid plans charge only for drivers (dispatchers and the owner are free seats), and from Growth it ranks every load on its board by the net for your own truck.
How much does a car hauling load board cost?
From $0 to several hundred dollars a month for a carrier, by the prices the companies publish (October 2026): loadez $0 for one driver and $39 to $59 on paid plans; Central Dispatch from $139.95 a month plus tax; Super Dispatch Carrier TMS Pro $55 a month for the first seat and $50 for each added seat; Ship.Cars $39 or $49 a month; general freight boards such as DAT One $59 to $339 and Truckstop $42 to $299.
What is the difference between a car hauling load board and a general freight load board?
A car hauling board posts vehicles: VINs, how many cars, whether they run, open or enclosed, and its paperwork is a vehicle BOL with inspection photos. A general freight board posts loads of every kind by weight and trailer type, and a car hauler filters it by equipment.
Do I need MC authority to use a car hauling load board?
To haul cars for hire across state lines, yes: a carrier needs its own operating authority (49 U.S.C. 13901), and a truck run without the authority the trip requires is placed out of service (49 CFR 392.9a). Boards and brokers usually ask for the MC or DOT number and a certificate of insurance before the first load.
Can brokers and shippers post car hauling loads for free?
On loadez, yes: posting is free, and so are load progress, documents and invoices for the loads they post. Shippers do not need an MC or DOT number to post.
